I am happy to report that
Cliftonville Bowling Club had a sunny and
very successful Opening Day today
It was good to see so many members and
old friends for the 2009 opening.My
best wishes go to Aileesh McGirr in her
role as Lady Captain and George Walsh who
is this year's Private Green President
The formal opening of the Private Greens
League season takes place on the 18th
April and I hope to see as many members
there to support George.
I would like to take this opportunity to
extend an invitation to all local
residents to the club to call in to see
our facilities and talk to any member of
the club about house
membership. We would be
delighted to hear from you.
Finally I'd like to wish all bowlers best
wishes for the coming season.
